Doctrinal statement of the Vietnamese Evangelical Church in Australia:

1. There is one God existing in three: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

2. Jesus Christ is the true God and true man. Was conceived by the Holy Spirit and was born of the virgin Mary. He died on the cross as a substitute sacrifice and all who believe in Him are justified by His blood. He rose from the dead and is now at the right hand side of God acting as our great High Priest. He will come again to establish His kingdom.

3. Man was originally created in image and likeness of God but through disobedience incurred both physical and spiritual death. All are born with a sinful nature and can only be saved through the atoning work of the Lord Jesus Christ.

4. Christ is the Head of the Church which has been commissioned by Him to into the world as witnesses, preaching to all nations.

5. The second coming of the Lord Jesus Christ is the Believer's blessed hope and is the incentive to holy living and faithful service. Amen.

"Instil" Young Adults Purpose Statement:

Our Purpose is to Proclaim the Sweet Name of Jesus to other young people in the Springvale community, to make disciples and teach everyone to love Jesus and obey His commands.

According to the gifts that God gave us, we will build up all members in INSTIL until all is united in faith and knowledge of Jesus, the Son of God, that we may become more mature and more like Christ.
